The longtime jewelry store which first opened in 1916 will be opening a new location on Wednesday, February 20th at The Village at Pittsburgh Mills.
On Saturday, January 26th, the Johnstown Galleria hosted the 11th annual Gob Fest for visitors and members of the surrounding community to enjoy. The event is centered around a western PA favorite known as "gobs" which are a type of sandwich made out of two slices of cake or cookie with flavored filling in the middle. The various vendors who supplied the gobs spanned from non-profit groups to local bakeries and even churches. This event brings hundreds of people to the Galleria, who not only buy gobs, but also makes purchases in the various stores located inside the mall.
Grand Opening on November 8, 2018 from 7:30am to 9pm!
Reusable bags will be given to the first 500 customers
In celebration of its new Jamestown location, T.J.Maxx will contribute to the surrounding community by presenting a $10,000 donation to Community Action at the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 8. Harbor Freight Tools to Open Fall 2018 in the Indiana Mall
INDIANA, PA – The Indiana Mall is proud to announce a brand new Harbor Freight Tools, coming to the mall just in time for the holiday shopping season.
The opening of the 20,000 sf Indiana store marks another in over 900 locations for Harbor Freight. The nearest locations in the area include stores in Johnstown, Altoona, Greensburg, and Monroeville.
Founded in 1977, Harbor Freight Tools is the leading discount tool retailer in the U.S. selling great quality tools at "ridiculously low prices" in its stores nationwide and on its website www.harborfreight.com. Harbor Freight Tools stocks over 7,000 items in categories including automotive, air and power tools, shop equipment and hand tools. With a commitment to quality and a lifetime guarantee on all hand tools, Harbor Freight Tools is a favorite of automotive and truck repair shops, government agencies, schools, manufacturers, contractors and tool enthusiasts who want top-quality and great selection and value. The results speak for themselves - with over 40 million customers and thousands of people switching to Harbor Freight Tools every day.
The new store will take a portion of the former Sears anchor space. Harbor Freight is anticipated to open sometime Fall 2018, before the holiday shopping season.
Joe Anthony, President and CEO of Zamias Services Inc, the leasing and management company of the mall, is highly optimistic on the chain’s impact. “This will be the first of many new tenants/anchors to be announced between now and the end of the year. We are excited on both the short term, and long term viability of this property. This, along with other new shops, will fill significant retail needs in and around Indiana, Pennsylvania.”
