Samuel C. Zamias

Samuel Zamias began his career in commercial development in 1976. Mr. Zamias has participated in all aspects of the business including Construction, Leasing, Acquisition and Development.

Mr. Zamias's current responsibilities include oversight of all leasing efforts, tenant relations, acquisitions, and joint venture developments.

He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, both as a lecturer and as a contributing author for the publication Essential Factors in Shopping Center Leasing.

Sam Zamias majored in Business Administration at St. Francis University and Arizona State University.

Mr. Zamias is an active member in the enhancement of the area's youth sports programs. He is heavily involved in Johnstown's City Athletic League, where he has been an instrumental figure for over twenty years.

Mr. Zamias resides in Johnstown with his wife Kathy. Sam and Kathy have four children: Christopher, Erik, Samantha, and Michael. Christopher is a leasing agent with Zamias Services Inc.
