The proposed Taylor Commons will be located in Taylor, PA, which is approximately 1.5 miles southwest of downtown Scranton, PA.  The site is located on the southeastern quadrant of the intersection of S. Main Ave. and Colan Street.  S. Main Ave. is the primary north/south route in that area, and is heavily traveled.  The existing Taylor Hill Shopping Center has been razed to make room for the development.

Anticipated Opening Date is Spring, 2010.
