 | Taylor Commons will be a 214,684 sf power center, with 50,000 sf of small shop space. The center will be anchored by a 154,684 sf Wal-Mart Supercenter. The 17 small shop units shown above range in size from 1,400 sf to 7,040 sf. Frontages range from 20 feet to 73 feet, with up to 110 feet of depth. There are also approximately 20 acres of available outparcels.
The proposed Taylor Commons will be located in Taylor, PA, which is approximately 1.5 miles southwest of downtown Scranton, PA. The site is located on the southeastern quadrant of the intersection of S. Main Ave. and Colan Street. S. Main Ave. is the primary north/south route in that area, and is heavily traveled. The existing Taylor Hill Shopping Center has been razed to make room for the development.
Anticipated Opening Date is Spring, 2010.
