The Skyline Commons will be a 610,653 power center, featuring a 184,109 sf Wal Mart Super Center and a 138,684 sf Lowe's home improvement center.  There will be 5 other big box locations, 80,847 sf of Small Shop space and 13.2 acres of outparcels.  The Commons is projected to open by Fall, 2009.  This site would capture the currently underserved areas of downtown Nashville, north central Nashville and northwest Nashville.  Accessibility to this site is excellent and has recently been bolstered by a new on/off ramp from I-65 directly to the site.  The new ramp currently services the Skyline Medical Center, which is located directly across the street from the site.

Lowe's is currently opened at Skyline Commons.

Anticipated Full Opening Date is Fall, 2009.
