          –  a bachelors degree in Accounting
          –  a minimum of 2 years experience
          –  working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
          –  good communication skills
          –  the ability to work independently

     Zamias Services, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Specialty Leasing Representative at our Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills shopping mall in Tarentum, PA.  (www.pittsburghmills.com)

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
          ¤  Valid real estate license or the willingness to obtain one
          ¤  Retail leasing experience, preferrably in specialty leasing negotiations, or retail sales experience
          ¤  Proven track record in closing deals
          ¤  General computer proficiency
          ¤  Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
