Zamias Services Inc has an immediate opportunity for a Specialty Leasing Representative at our Johnstown, PA office.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual to screen, select, and acquire specialty retailers for our portfolio.

Candidates for this position must possess the following:
         ¤  valid real estate license
         ¤  retail leasing experience
         ¤  excellent communication skills
         ¤  history of closing deals
         ¤  general computer proficiency
         ¤  knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but is not required.
