Zamias Services Inc, a National Real Estate Management Company based in Johnstown, is seeking an experienced Asset Manager for our Johnstown office.  The Asset Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio to ensure they achieve the financial goals set by Zamias Services, and any partners and lenders associated with the property.

Primary Functions:

• Develop strategic business plans for each asset.
• Monitor the financial performance of investments, which entails maintaining financial models, reviewing and preparing annual budgets, and raising awareness of performance concerns.
• Analyze and identify opportunities for value enhancement, improving cash flow, and reducing expenses for existing assets as well as potential acquisitions.
• Interact and coordinate with all departments within the company to achieve the budgeted goals of the properties assigned.
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Zamias Services and its partners and lenders.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Minimum of 3 years asset management, finance, or accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently and must have exceptional organizational skills
• Must be a highly, motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, proficient Excel skills a must.
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills/highly skilled in financial analysis.
• Yardi and MRI Accounting Software Experience a plus
• Some Travel Required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean background

Zamias Services Inc, a national real estate management company, has an immediate opening for a commercial leasing professional, specializing in enclosed mall leasing.  This position will focus on leasing enclosed shopping malls as well as open air shopping centers within our portfolio.   We are looking to fill a position at a satellite office in the New York/New Jersey area.

Responsibilities and Requirements


  • Candidate must possess excellent lease negotiating, problem solving, communication skills, and high closing ratio.
  • Proactively market properties through professional networking with national, regional, and local retail tenants.  Build and manage strong relationships in the industry.
  • Show available spaces to prospective tenants providing detailed information regarding the unit and leasing terms.
  • Canvass for leads by touring competing shopping centers and understanding the competition in the markets we serve.
  • Must be a detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills. 
  • Must be a high energy individual and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral and written
  • Regular reporting to management required.
  • Frequent Travel Required
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Real Estate License
  • Must possess a strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office
